this is shu's infinite loop - the semantic error. a loop caused by carelessness, thus making a wrong algorithm. but effort has been made to correct this. even the rain can't do this.

THE RIGHT MOTIVE

February 18, 2006

I am so sorry if in the past I haven’t posted my entries since sometimes I have no money to pay or sometimes I feel sleepy. But I know excuses are excuses, so sorry.

I would like to share these experiences of mine for this week.

First, it is February Fair in the University. I enjoyed more compared to last year since I have my friends and that we had have fun. And of course, Master entrusted me duties.

14 Feb: Another tryout for potential programming training wannabees was held. There were four of them. But I think 3 could only be accepted since the other one tried out for joking purposes. Kinda embarrassing, I told this to Mayah. And later that night, the Rainbow Coalition had a defense against the ancients. :-) (Well, I can’t think of a name, so for now, call it such)

15 Feb: A wonderful night with netcafe hahaha. Even though for an insignificant period of time there was a brownout, it’s good. I talked to small children named Johnny, Chris, Darnel, and oh, I forgot, sorry. They are all wonderful, believe me. But you know, later that night, I gradually lost my voice, my throat was aching and at the same time, phlegm began to multiply. It’s fine with me. Worthy it was.

16 Feb: My head and throat still hurt. Anyway, Onward Sunshine Coalition! Zheng tried to persuade me to treat the coalition. It’s ok since it was Valentines Week. So, Zhang, Cloud, Sarang, Mayah, and Squatch and of course myself went to the Feb Fair-contaminated park. The Sunshine Coalition was just like a bond paper. Later that night, I went to FFPark for Netcafe. And after that, rest. I hadn’t recuperated yet.

17 Feb: A Friday. I started my SVG Activity. But my voice was not yet at its finest. And it was going fine. Later that evening, I attended Zheng and Cloud’s movie presentation in NASC 3. And they won! How nice and then the Magnificent 3 ate at McDonalds. Later, I went back to my dorm since I needed lots of rest.  Resting while programming. I was almost done.

Today: I don’t know how can I describe this day. Early in the morning, I programmed and began converting my file into CGI-Perl for bonus points. But it was a disaster, my PC crashed because of an infinite loop. And I reformatted the laptop. How sad, I have to start from scratch. I know I can do it again but what hurts me a lot is the time consumed. So I texted people who can comfort me and asked them to pray for me. I texted Kuoweschon, Zheng, and BB Robby, but Kuoweschon was the only one who replied, maybe Robby and Zheng had businesses to take care of, I understand. Oh, I have to reschedule my plans for today and tomorrow.

But it’s ok. Master allowed. He wants me to remember him. Oh, forgive me Lord. So, I will restart again and do my activity for the glory of my Master. I remembered

“Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;” Ecclesiastes 12:1 (KJV)

In excelling in my academics, my motive should be primarily for His glory. Zhang was right. We perform for Him. It’s for Him. No matter what, it’s for him, do my best for him. I remembered

”So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” I Corinthians 10:31 (NIV)

And I observed Zheng last night, she attributed their movie presentation for the Master. I think, that’s my weak point. I know I’m a choleric, but I can be spirit-filled. Thank you, Master. Everything was set clear.

:-)
